The Netherlands Congress Centre is the largest conference facility in the Netherlands, and is the location for the IST2004 Summit event immediately preceding this conference.

As the seat of the Dutch government, The Hague is easy to reach. It is well connected by train to the rest of the Netherlands and major European cities, including the Thalys high-speed train to Brussels and Paris. The closest major airport is Amsterdam Schiphol, 30 minutes away from The Hague by train.

Arriving by air:
The closest airport is Amsterdam Schiphol from where regular trains connect to The Hague in 30 minutes.

Arriving by train:
The Hague has two main railway stations, Den Haag Holland Spoor (HS) and Den Haag Centraal Station (CS). Most international and high-speed trains (including the Thalys from Brussels and Paris) arrive at Den Haag HS.

Local transport (tram):
From either train station, the Netherlands Congress Centre is about 15
minutes away by tram. The Centre is also easy to reach by tram from other parts of the city, and of course you can also take a bus or taxi.

Trams from Den Haag Central Station (CS)
Take tram no. 17 direction STATENKWARTIER. You get off at the Statenplein stop.
Take tram no. 10 direction STATENKWARTIER. You get off at the Nederlands Congres Centrum stop.
Note: Tram 10 only operates at working days during rush-hour from 7.00 until 9.00 hrs and from 15.30 until 18.30 hrs.

Trams from Den Haag Hollands Spoor (HS)
Take tram no. 17, direction STATENKWARTIER. You get off at the Statenplein stop.
Take tram no. 1, direction SCHEVENINGEN. You get off at the Johan de
Wittlaan / Nederlands Congres Centrum stop.
